I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy after massage helped me recover from an injury several years ago.
I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2013 after receiving a Health Science degree in Sports Conditioning and Training from the University of Colorado- Colorado Springs. I am certified in neuromuscular massage therapy and hot stone and have specific training in sports massage, myofascial release, geriatric, reflexology, visceral, trigger point therapy, and Swedish. In addition to my massage credentials, I am an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and an instructor and administrator at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy since 2014.
I believe that now is the time for people to take back control of their health and wellness and I want to provide them with the tools to achieve their goals and make positive changes in their lives.

“Movement is Life”
I believe that without the ability to move we lose our ability to fully live. I have been practicing Neuromuscular Massage since graduating from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2010. In addition to massage, I also offer Cupping, Personal Training, and Corrective Exercise Therapy. Bodywork is more than just a job for me, it’s a journey of discovery in how the body wants to heal itself and move toward proper alignment and mobility. I am passionate about helping others attain their ultimate health and motion goals so that they can be free to move in their everyday life.

I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017. I have a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals. Using different massage therapy techniques, I fully attend to each client’s needs. Whether you desire a deeply indulgent massage, work on long-term injuries, or maintenance treatment, I am able to meet you where you are on your journey. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, Thai Yoga Massage, Ashiatsu (foot pressure), Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone, and Cranial Sacral (Level I).

Ruth Stauffer here! I decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy after I watched Massage Therapy drastically improve the life and recovery of my best friend after a debilitating auto crash. I graduated from The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified NueroMuscular Therapist, and Certified Cupping Therapist working in Colorado Springs. In addition to the above certifications, I’m trained in Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Massage, PTSD, Trauma & Touch Response, Visceral Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, and Prenatal Massage. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing environment to bring about healing and lasting change for my clients. There’s a special place in my heart for Prenatal and Postnatal clients! I find fulfillment in working together with my clients to create a lifestyle that nurtures, supports, and excites them.
